Sierra Grande May Be the Answer to Your Real Estate Woes

According to this article from the Naples Daily News, construction is almost complete on a new 300-unit rental community in East Naples.

Sierra Grande is a 300-unit complex at 6975 Sierra Club Circle off Collier Boulevard and Rattlesnake-Hammock Road.

“As the area’s first new community in over 10 years, we are experiencing incredible demand from both local and new residents that have been waiting for a new option,” Property Manager Robin Schmitt said in a statement. “Our area is growing and our location, combined with our incomparable amenities, makes Sierra Grande a very desirable community.”

The community is within walking distance of Lely Elementary, Physicians Regional-Collier Boulevard hospital and Edison State College.

That’s not a bad set-up, if you ask me.

The pet-friendly complex also has one-, two- and three-bedroom units with eight floor plans.

Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, lakefront pool, yoga and a Pilates wellness center, Wi-Fi lounge, dog park and children’s play room.

Sierra Grande is developed by 13th Floor Investments and The Estate Companies, Florida-based real estate companies whose other local properties include Summit Place and Bristol Pines in Naples, and Mirasol at Coconut Point in Bonita Springs.

And a grand opening for the new community is scheduled for noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 29.
